At RothbergDubrow Group, technology and goodwill work are two of our greatest passions. That’s why when the “Best for the World” social service tech company Solutions For Progress, a community outreach program that “combines technology with a unique civic engagement model,” began looking to relocate to a creative space in the city, RDG jumped at the opportunity. For half a year, the team scoured Center City for the perfect mix of creative and practical area that Solutions For Progress could call their own.
Through a combination of good timing and perseverance, RothbergDubrow Group identified the office space at 1128 Walnut Street. The building offers amenities that appealed to SFP’s eclectic team, including a bike room and showers for the fervent bikers, and high ceilings and tremendous natural light for the aestheticians. Furthermore, the lease includes two floors connected through open railings, promoting a collaborative work environment while providing everyone with adequate personal space.
Of course, a perfect office space is not complete without a great location. 1128 Walnut Street is positioned directly next to a few classic Philadelphia spots including the Forrest Theater, the Historical Society of Pennsylvania, and the Walnut Theater. For meals, employees at Solution for Progress can choose from the tasty eats at Green Eggs Café, Milkboy Philadelphia, or Bareburger, which are just a sample of the restaurants located within a single street radius of SFP. With a location embedded with such great attractions as well as delicious food and drink, it will be a wonder if the employees ever go home!
