RothbergDubrow is proud to have represented CookNSolo in their securement of over 1,500 square feet of space at The Philadelphia Building, 1315 Walnut Street.

CookNSolo Restaurant Partners is an acclaimed Philadelphia company that has founded numerous respected restaurants and eateries throughout the city and beyond. Philly favorites by CookNSolo include Zahav (at which one of the cofounders is the award winning chef), Abe Fisher, Federal Doughnuts, Dizengoff, Goldie, and Rooster Soup Company. With the success of each of these restaurants, CookNSolo sought a new space to accommodate their growing corporate team and national growth operations while still remaining in close proximity to their current restaurant locations.

Though built almost a century ago, The Philadelphia Building was recently renovated and features a large assortment of amenities including five modernized elevators, 24 hour security and concierge, street-level food and beverage establishments, and a full fitness center. The building’s central location and amenities made this a great fit for CookNSolo’s new headquarters.

The Market East area of Philadelphia boasts a vibrant environment for food, retail, and development. Over 1,300 apartment units have begun construction since 2010 and there are over 20,000 businesses within one mile of The Philadelphia Building. In fact, a new report declares Market East the top destination for retailers in the country. The renovation and rebranding of The Gallery Mall into Philadelphia’s Fashion District is bringing more prominent retailers into the area, meaning more foot traffic and consumer spending. Market East’s restaurant scene is also one of the most exciting in the city, attracting locals who live and work in the area, as well as visitors and tourists.

RothbergDubrow congratulates CookNSolo on their new space and looks forward to supporting them in their expansion. Learn more about CookNSolo and their restaurants here!
