RothbergDubrow Group is proud to announce the leasing of 4,500 square feet of office space to Crossroads Treatment Centers at 2040 6th Avenue in Neptune City, NJ.
Crossroads Treatment Centers is a drug treatment center that works to provide effective and affordable treatment for opiate dependence. With 14 treatment centers located throughout the U.S., Crossroads has been vigilant in meeting the threat of opiate addiction head on. Crossroads employs the CDC’s preferred method of drug treatment- the Medication Assisted Treatment model- which attempts to remedy drug addiction by focusing on three major aspects of the patient’s wellbeing; biological, psychological, and social.
While working with Crossroads to secure additional locations, RothbergDubrow helped Crossroads find a home in Neptune City, a town that unfortunately ranks in the top 30 cities in New Jersey with the most opiate abuse.
2040 6th Ave is located right off the highway and is directly visible from the Jersey Shore Hospital. Its close proximity to the Jersey shore and easy accessibility from transportation routes were some of the key features that stood out to RothbergDubrow as they accounted for the specific use that Crossroads required.
