The value that Guru brings to subscribing companies is more than evident as the Philadelphia start-up recently raised over $9 million in funding.
Previously based in Old City, Guru was looking for a larger, creative space to meet their growing needs. The perfect space came to them in the form of the history-rich North American Building located in the heart of Center City. After being the tallest building in Philadelphia for just a year (surpassed in 1901 by City Hall), the North American has transformed from pre-war former newspaper headquarters into an art deco inspired, multi-tenant building. Guru has moved into a 6,610 square foot suite that features exposed barrel vault brick ceilings, an open floor plan, and lots of natural light in a location that offers fantastic lunch, happy hour, and entertainment options for their employees.
The North American building is located in the heart of Center City, Philadelphia. Just a block away from the Broad Street and Market-Frankford SEPTA subway lines and bus routes, Center City boasts Public Transit and Walk Scores of 100, as well as a Bike Score of 89.
