RothbergDubrow worked closely with ownership to assist in renovating the property to meet the current market standard while maintaining original details like the pressed tin ceiling on the first floor.

11 North 3rd’s second-floor tenant, CRCC Asia, is an international company that creates programs that “offer the unique opportunity to develop professional skills in your preferred industry, whilst also gaining exposure to China’s dynamic culture and lifestyle.” Their new location on the east coast allows them to expand their outreach and provides an anchor point between their sites in San Francisco and London (Perfect for the Keystone State!).
For the retail tenant at 11 North 3rd, there was a desire to bring in a tenant who would complement the existing eclectic mix of stores and boutiques on N3rd Street. This ambition was realized with Socks Say It, a company modeled after a successful business in California and specializing in- you guessed it- socks, with a huge variety of the product, including socks for working, relaxing, or partying.
