1100 N. Front Street is a boutique, creative office building situated on the border of Northern Liberties and Fishtown. RothbergDubrow took on representation and marketing efforts of this property in February 2020. Despite the timing falling just weeks before the national shutdown orders, we successfully restructured over 90% of expiring leases with existing tenants and brought two new tenants to the building.
This sunlit-filled office space was found to be the perfect space for Campus Stop, a merchandising company that works exclusively with colleges and universities. They offer a variety of products for students and alumni alike, to display their school pride – from apparel and bags to tech and dorm life.

SnapLabs, founded in Philadelphia, signed their lease in March 2021 and moved in July 2021 to their new space at 1100 N. Front Street. SnapLabs specializes in quickly creating complex cyber labels that simulate corporate networks and are used for various applications within the cyber security industry. Their clients use the labs made by Cyber Labs to train employees identify network vulnerabilities and implement solutions to secure their company networks
The founders, Chris and Barrett, proudly hail from Philadelphia’s Drexel University and have built their company following years of experience from cybersecurity consulting. Tired of and uninspired working from home they decided it was time to get their own professional space. They were attracted to the building due to its unique characteristics and convenient location next to the El and all that Northern Liberties and Fishtown have to offer.
